Portuguese restaurant

Honestly a pretty good place to come for food however the customer service here is atrocious, staff have no idea what they are doing they are rude when ordering.Went through drive through and we were handed our order and it was wrong we waited ages to be reserved at the window even though it was clear we were signalling staff….lady proceeded to sweep directly in front of the window, it was quiet and they clearly had no where to be. Some in-house training would be recommended.

Never been to Oporto before today. Very disappointed at customer service , literally no one at front counter . The cook and girl on drive through looked st me as if ( what the hell you here for ). Waited patiently for 10 mins eyed the girl on drive through who ignored me . Another customer came in still nothing . Then I asked is there anyone serving at front counter both workers just looked at me with blank looks on their faces . So I left. Very very disappointedI have worked in customer service and if I ignored a customer I would’ve been sacked . Looks like I won’t be trying your food anytime soon.

Stuffed up Uber eats order - wouldn’t resolve it. Forgot one item. When I asked for it to be replaced and delivered the “manager” told me I had to order a “sauce” for $1, then she would give me a Burger to replace the one that wasn’t delivered. But….they wouldn’t deliver it, so I had to go and pick it up. Which I couldn’t do. Got the refund from Uber , but if re-ordered from Uber would pay another delivery fee. They should have just delivered me the missing item. I was happy to pay for it. In The scheme of things so what? But why give people the title of manager when they don’t have the authority to fix things when they make a mistake? The rest of the food wasn’t that good anyway, for the price.

I eat here a fair bit. They get your order correct maybe 60-70% of the time but the food's good

Nothing wrong with it, just nothing outstanding. Service in store was efficient but a bit lacklustre. Burger was on the good side of ok. I drove a ways to get here to compare with Nandos and about the same, except nandos has more spice.

Unfriendly staff and service! went yesterday to get some food and the drive through check out operator was full of attitude and talking in a bossy tone.

Terrible!!!! I got a chicken, discovered it was not cooked properly as pretty pink when getting towards the bone, It could have done with another half HR in the oven. Filled out one of those feedback froms online, the manager called me and he was an absolute nightmare! Karitch, He wanted all my personal details ( some requested over the phone and some via tx), then he said he wanted a picture of the chicken, which he got, then he called me again, then he txd me at my request because I had guests over. He wanted the screenshot to prove I'd tried to call the store and made out that I hadn't called, colour of my car, rego, what basting on chicken, how much I spent, drivers licence number, time , how big was packaging like I ended up saying I'll post U my reciept and U can check my fingerprints are on it!! Like all that over a sodding chicken! As a grown woman I can honestly say I felt like I was being treated like a delinquent! Y an earth he didn't just ask me to show him the receipt is beyond me! All I wanted was a cooked chicken for us for dinner. I imagine when he reads this there will be an extremely long winded reply and lots of denial on his part!! The bloke clearly doesn't want to listen to what his customers have to say, however loves the sound of his own voice! Will not be going back and niether will the friends I had round at the time of his phone call who all thought that what Karitch was requesting was over the top and unnecessary. To much like hard work over a chicken he couldn't cook properly! I agree with the other reviews on here that customer service is terrible and staff are rude!

All I can say is that it seems to be an extremely sad state of affairs when you walk into an establishment and aren't acknowledged by any staff, even though they look in your direction but still say nothing. After a 10 minute wait, decided that the only way I would get served is if I went through the drive through....and they still got my order wrong... what's happened to balcatta Oporto??? Far cry from when they first started up

Oporto as usual is tasty food and genuine price… and kinda healthier than other late night options available.This store in particular could improve slightly on customer service end… being a little more polite… and being a little generous with serviette. All in all… experience was good.

At least they have got a vegetarian option for people who can not eat meat.
